Based in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Tell us your suburb and requested support so we can confirm whether it is currently available in your area.

Availability depends on the support requested, suitable staff and your preferred days and times. We’ll check your circumstances individually before agreeing to provide support.

What happens after you enquire?

Start with the basics. Use the short enquiry form to share your name, suburb, preferred contact method and the support you’re interested in. This service will already be selected.
Talk through the fit. Our team reviews your enquiry and contacts you to discuss your preferences, the support needed and current availability. You can involve a trusted person.
Agree on the arrangements. If we can meet your needs, we’ll explain the proposed support, costs and service agreement, and discuss a start date before you decide.

Please don’t include NDIS numbers, full plans, diagnoses or clinical records in the initial form. If more information is needed, we’ll discuss how to share it securely.
